WINNERS 2014

The people, businesses and organisations that have excelled in promoting equality and diversity across Europe were honoured at the fourth European Diversity Awards in London last week.

The prestigious awards show, headline sponsored by Barclays, took place at the Natural History Museum in front of over six hundred guests.

Fifteen awards were handed out by BBC newsreader Jane Hill who hosted the glittering event.

The official 2014 European Diversity Award winners were:

Community Project of the Year: West End Women’s and Girl’s Centre
Royal Air Force Diversity Champion of the Year: Aongus Hegarty(President Europe, Middle East & Africa) DELL
Herbert Smith Freehills Journalist of the Year: Evan Davis / Ade Adepitan (joint winner)
Most Inclusive Employer of the Year: Nestle
Abercrombie & Fitch Marketing Campaign of the Year: Barclays
Nestle Company of the Year: Royal Air Force
HSBC Outstanding Employee Network Group: Diversability Support Network (Novartis)
Societe Generale Charity of the Year: Caretrade Charitable Trust
Swiss RE Inspirational Role Model of the Year: Sophie Ward
