Vincent started his career at Société Générale in 1997 in Frankfurt Germany then working in the Credit Risk Management department.
In early 2000, he joined the Dresdner Bank Group and worked as a Senior Group Auditor based in London. In 2004 he joined UFJ International plc as a Senior Business Auditor and subsequently gained a position in Bank of America as a Senior Audit Consultant.
Vincent was appointed Head of Audit for the Corporate and Investment Banking activities of the Société Générale Group in September 2007 and was promoted to EMEA Head of Audit for SGCIB in December of the same year.
On the 1st April 2010 following a reorganisation of the Internal Audit Function of Société Générale, Vincent was appointed Regional Chief Audit Executive for SG Group Audit Activities presently spanning 11 countries and territories.
Vincent now manages a diverse team of 48 employees based in London and is part of a number of Global to Local Management Committees of the SG Group.
Vincent was educated at the University of Caen, Normandy (Ingénieur Maitre) and the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (MBA), and is a member of CIIA and CIIA Head of Audit Forum. His specialties lie in credit related products, credit derivatives, vanilla products and more complex structures such as collateralised debt obligations.
