PAULINE LEWIS – Head of Resourcing & Onboarding at Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd

Pauline is a Diversity & Inclusion Champion and chairs the Inclusive Steering Group, which leads on the diversity strategy for Heathrow Airport. In 2015, she was responsible for setting up Heathrow’s first women’s network: Altitude – High Flying Women at Heathrow, which continues to go from strength to strength and has developed a framework for other networks to follow. Pauline also sits on the newly created Global D & I Leadership Group for the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion.

A Human Resources professional with over twenty years’ experience, predominantly in the City, Pauline’s recent career history includes Eli Lilly & Co, Barclays and Grant Thornton. In all her roles, she has been dedicated and committed to attracting, retaining and promoting diverse talent and is a key advocate of inclusive leadership.
